- Use every time after eating or drinking
- Remove cap on Stain Eraser
- Slide ring away from the POLISH side Twist the Polish dial until small drop appears on felt tip
- Place felt tip against front of teeth surfaces
- Rub in circular motion with light pressure moving from tooth to tooth for 2 minutes
- Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes
- 30 day supply if used daily
